Southern Hollow - This new in 2024 multi story lake house is a large group vacationers dream featuring: - Boat Launch in Neighborhood - 2 Ice makers, 3 Refrigerators, 2 laundry rooms, 7 TVs. - Lower level includes giant scrabble, foosball, cornhole and a pub table for playing cards/games. - Short walk with some steps to lake and a private covered dock w/slide. - The Sugar Hollow Water Park is now open, just across the channel from us and also a short drive. Daily and hourly passes available. - Very close to the popular jumping bridge and only a 2-10 minute boat ride to 5 fantastic marinas/restaurants (Sugar Hollow, Shanghai, Deerfield/Tiki Hut & Springs Dock, Stardust). - The popular Chapman Hill Winery & Deerfield Golf Resort are a short 5 min drive - We are 30-45 mins from world class ATV trails (rentals and charters available) - Great hiking, Cove Lake State Park, Norris Dam State Park, Cumberland Trail. - We are 45 mins to an hour from Knoxville depending on where you're heading. - There is a for fee concierge service for any grocery needs or special requests - Local boat rental service that will deliver to our dock and pick up when you're done. - Free EV charging station (14-50 plug). If this is a corporate event, please contact me for consideration. Service dogs are allowed. Rates are only accurate 12 months out, if you want to book more than a year out, please contact us for accurate rates. We do have an outdoor camera that monitors the parking lot and one for the dock. No parties allowed or large events, no exceptions. Please note the 6th bedroom is a small room with just a set of bunkbeds.

Hidden Springs is a wonderful gated neighborhood on Norris Lake and sits next to the Deerfield area. Both the Chapman Hill Winery and Deerfield Golf Resort are only a 5 min drive. We are 45 miles from Knoxville and only 75 miles from the popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg resort areas. You can hike at Cove Lake State Park, the Norris Dam State Park, the Cumberland Trail, or visit the beautiful and historic Cumberland Gap National Park. There are also 2 world class ATV parks within a 30-60 min drive (Windrock and Ride Royal Blue) with both charters and rentals available.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for accommodating our group of friends and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely amazing, and the home was spotless. John was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything seamless. They truly thought of every detail to make guests feel comfortable. We will definitely be booking again!

Loved being close to the marina and we got to hear some live music from the deck. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic storage with three fridges. Great view of the lake! Kids loved the water park close by!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years, and this is far and away the best we’ve ever experienced. It has the feel and finishes of a luxury hotel, but with the space for four families to spread out, each with their own wing. The kitchen is fully stocked — not just the basics, but everything you could need (and then some), all in high-quality cookware and tools, not the typical cheap stuff you find in most rentals. We loved having double dishwashers, washers/dryers, and three refrigerators. There are fireplaces everywhere (we used them all!), but our favorite spot was the back deck with the fireplace and TV (cuddled up with one of many may cozy blankets cheering for our Columbus Crew). PLUS, the double-decker dock? Incredible! We all took turns on the slide and got so many slow-motion videos of our boys jumping off the upper deck-endless fun and memories. Suffice it to say: we had an amazing time. The photos truly don’t do this place justice. I give it all the stars!

We had two large families that came together from out of state, to celebrate a local university graduation. This was an ideal location and the place was very new and spacious. It has 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves, 2 ice making machines, plenty of beds and bedrooms with private baths. A nice huge balcony with grill, firepit, and hot tub (none near each other) was so much fun! The view overlooking the lake and the huge 2 level boat dock with a slide provided for some great entertainment for the two families. We all had such a great long weekend. Would HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb for a large group that wants to either all hang out together for the entirety of the trip, or all want to have their own space... and anything in between. A+++

The home is a showcase! So beautiful and spacious. Enough room for all 5 of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. John was very responsive. I would recommend this place for families, group outings or a romantic getaway. I am usually very particular about beds and I slept really well there! Thanks again! Julie

Our stay at John’s was perfect from booking all the way thru checkout. John was proactive in checking in on us and responded quickly when contacted. He was also extremely helpful in the reason for our trip. The house was gorgeous and perfectly setup for a multi-family vacation. We were very impressed as there was so much thought into the design, comforts, and amenities of the house. The location was private and peaceful, and we loved the views. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This place is spectacular! The views, the design and setting were wonderful. We had a family get-together of 11 adults and three little kids. There was plenty of room and space. The bunk beds and room setup were outstanding for multiple families. The huge well-stocked kitchen and dinning areas were incredible. We loved the Patio bench swing, the corn hole and hot tub. Fantastic place!!! We would love to use it again.
